Here on the farm we continue to produce fresh quality meats for our family and yours. We raise our animals on plenty of fresh grass, hay, and sunshine with minimal grain (beef is grass fed only). This produces flavorsome cuts of meat that are tender & tasty but not laden with fat. Our animals grow at their own natural pace, on a daily diet free of growth hormones and antibiotics. It does take longer to produce animals this way, but we feel the taste is worth the wait!

How to order? The best way is to email your order in & we'll have it packed for you within a few days normally. Pick up your order at the farm by appointment, evenings and weekends.

Shipping - we are able to ship frozen products as long as it arrives to you within two business days. You pay all actual boxing & shipping costs in addition to the meat - contact us for a quote. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We only ship within the continental 48 states. Our shipments are perishable & we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival. We only ship frozen products on Mondays. It is your responsibility to be available to receive the product & store it properly immediately upon arrival.

Lamb cuts available by the pound
Purebred Galloway Beef is the absolute best for fine flavor, juiciness and texture. You have to try it to understand! We allow our beef animals to grow and fatten naturally on a forage only diet - NO GRAIN!. This production process take longer, but the flavor of the meat is fantastic. All beef is dry aged under USDA inspection for a minimum of 14 days, then cut and packaged in cryovac. Cooking grassfed beef properly takes some skill, so be sure to read "The Grassfed Gourmet Cookbook" by Shannon Hayes for tips on cooking grassfed meats and recipes to awaken your taste buds!

Spring lamb is often the meal of choice for Easter dinner, especially tender as the lambs are still on milk. Spring lamb is sold on the hoof at the farm, although we can deliver it to a local custom butcher shop for a small fee. Please remember that the butcher does require an appointment - it is best to make arangements at least a month in advance!
Spring Lamb is sold by the live weight of the animal on the day it leaves the farm. $50 deposit per animal required in advance. Visit our lamb and mutton page for current pricing.
